The delivery is carried out by CDEK, Russian Post or BOXBERRY at your choice.

If you order is more than 5 000 rubles, we will deliver it for free by Russian Post.

Items are checked for availability, carefully packed and transferred to the delivery service within 3−4 business days.

The delivery is carried out by DHL or the Russian Post.

The cost of delivery depends on the destination country and is calculated by the manager.

The delivery estimated time is 14 business days to 2 months, depending on the work of customs.

The Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered goods at any time before receiving it, and after receiving the Goods (within 7 (seven) days*) from the online store or within 14 days after making a purchase in an offline store.

The return of goods of proper quality is possible if its unworn and factory labels, tags and a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved. Used or worn goods can’t be returned **

According to the legislation of the Russian Federation, we cannot accept lingerie (Boudoir) for return and exchange.
